Once, or more, a month we offer an special program that gives students the opportunity to extend their learning experience beyond our regular school day and lunch-a-bunch. This special extended day time is offered to our M/W/F class from 1-3pm, and includes activities such as baking, special art projects, extended play and more!
Here are a few photos from our first extended day of this school year. We baked (delicious!) pumpkin bread and our students learned how to follow a recipe, mix ingredients and pour the batter into little baking crocks, which they got to take home! Extended Day truly is extended FUN!
